As an Austrian-Spanish family, we are passionate about renting our Holiday villas since 2003. We enjoy the holiday rental business as much as on the first day and are today the largest private holiday home renters in Majorca, during times we do not rent professionally we love to take the opportunity to exchange our Mallorca Villas and explore other countries and cities in return. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the other 3 bathrooms are very spacious and easy to access from the bed rooms. In the entertainment room you will find billiard, table tennis, darts and fitness equipment. The Sauna is perfect for the cooler season. The terrace has plenty of seating for 18 persons and is perfect for socializing by breakfast or a BBQ and to enjoy the view of the sea and pool. Restaurants and shopping facilities are within reach. Lovers of the golf sport will find paradies just 1 km away at the brand new golf course "Son Gual." Sa Torre has one of the most beautiful natural beaches in Mallorca e.g. "Bahia Grande" and Cala Delta with his brand new Beach Club and Spa. For those who prefer the entertainment at the Playa de Palma with its 9km long sandy beach and nightlife with many bars and restaurants will be there in just 10 minutes by car. The unmatched and most impressive building in the city of Palma is the gigantic cathedral. It is located in the old town at the modern Parc de la Mar. Next to the cathedral you can admire the second most important building of Palma, the Almudaina Palace. The old town will charm you with its mediterranem flair, views and romantic winding streets. Numerous fish restaurants, tapas bars, cafes, pubs and colorful boutiques, trendy galleries and museums of major artists make your visit complete. Very popular are the romantic mountain villages of Valldemossa, where the composer Frederic Chopin once stayed with George Sand, the picturesque Fornalutx which was long regarded as the most beautiful village in Spain or the picturesque artists' village of Deia. The historic railway "Red Lightning" brings on the old route - while you are enchanted by the landscape - directly from Palma to Soller. Also worth mentioning is the glamorous, luxurious yacht harbour of Puerto Portals and the bizarre rocks of Cap de Formentor.
