2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 1150 sq. ft., 5th-floor condo with unobstructed views across Dillon Lake to mountain peaks along the Continental Divide; sleeps 4. Granite counter-tops throughout. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and bath with two sinks and a shower. Guest bedroom has two twin beds. Second bath has one sink and combination shower-tub. Living room has a queen sofa-bed for guests and a gas fireplace. Entertainment center has cable TV, radio, DVD, CD player and a library. Free local phone service and internet access ($11 for 2 days) available. Full-sized washer/dryer in unit. Fully equipped kitchen has the standard appliances (dishwasher, microwave, etc.), table service for 8 and most common cooking utensils. Balcony looks out to the lake and mountains. There is a one-car garage. Our secured condo complex has two large hot tubs and a weight/exercise room for guest use. No pool, No pets. No A/C, but there is good cross ventilation. The building and condo are smoke-free. Summer activities include fishing in nearby lakes and streams (state license required), golf (5 courses), biking, hiking, rock-climbing, 4-wheeling over mountain passes, white-water rafting, boating, canoeing and kayaking. Frisco Marina rents motorized boats, canoes, and kayaks at reasonable rates. Group river rafting on the Blue, Arkansas, or Colorado Rivers can be arranged through Frisco rafting companies. A paved trail in front of the condo connects with other trails to Dillon, Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail. There are two mountain bikes in the garage for your use. Summer concerts are held in Vail (Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival) and Breckenridge (Breckenridge Music Festival). Winter activities include downhill skiing/snowboarding, a 10-30 minute drive from the condo, including Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland. Beaver Creek is 40 minutes away; snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. There are groomed cross-country trails at Frisco’s Nordic Center and a tubing hill with a lift at Frisco’s Adventure Park. Other activities include ice-skating on Keystone Lake, ice fishing, mule-drawn sleigh rides, dog sled tours and snowmobiling in the back country. Grocery shopping is a short walk away. Summit Stage is our free local bus service that takes you to all main destinations in Summit County, including stops at Keystone, Copper Mountain and Breckenridge ski areas. The bus stop is just steps away from the building. Or for great mountain views from the lake, take the water taxi operating between Dillon and Frisco Marinas during summer.
