Location, location, location, and dedication to detail make our condo the most requested 2 Bedroom - 2 Bath unit at the resort. We are located in the first building on the ground floor closest to the rental office. No need to carry all that luggage and ski equipment up flights of stairs. The unit was completely renovated in the fall of 2011. All new ceramic tile installed throughout except for the bedrooms which are carpeted. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, and icemaker. The living room has a flat screen TV, fireplace, DVD player, stereo, and sleeper sofa that turns into a third queen size bed allowing comfortable sleeping accomodations for 6 adults. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV'S and private baths. Bedroom one has a tub/shower combination while bedroom two has a large tiled walk in shower. Just off the dining room there is a wetbar where you will find a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates along with a bottle of non alcoholic sparkling wine in the fridge for the little ones. When we travel, whether we rent a hotel, vacation home or condo, we expect our accommodations to live up to their billing and as our many reviews in our guestbook and on our website attest to we have met that goal. We live 35 minutes away and check our place every week after housecleaning is completed. We always add a few of our own touches to make sure it is ready for our next guests. All of our contact information is posted in the condo and in case on that rare occasion that a problem should arise that the fine folks in the rental office can't address, we will do everything we can to remedy the situation even if it requires a trip up. My wife is a fanatic about cleanliness and I guarantee you will not find a condo at Blue Knob resort any cleaner than our's.
