Rancho Santana custom home on the beach with staff. One of only and handful of home in RS directly on the beach with beach access. The late famed Nicaraguan Architect Pepe Tercero designed this home for our family. We completed it in 2012. The home has 5 bedrooms with en-suite baths and all with full ocean views. No drawing straws for a good room. Rancho Santana is a 2700 acre ranch that is gated. It was named one of Travel and Leisures top family resorts for 2019. There are 4 restaurants, a spa, horseback riding etc. Look at Ranchosantana.com for more into. Our staff of two are like family to us. They will treat you like family. We use this site primarily for exchanges to our grandson's sporting events. One completes in snowboarding another baseball and football. We don't usually know the snowboarding dates far in advance. Also these need to be resorts that host larger contests. We occasionally have the immediate family for a birthday or a special occasion.
