Beautiful modern home just a few feet from the beach. Open upstairs with fantastic views of the ocean and mountains - Chefs kitchen and living room. 1 bed and 2 baths downstairs. Stinson Beach is wonderful place to relax. The beach is flat and 3 miles long and dog friendly. Hike the beach or Mt Tam's wonderful trails including the famous Dipsea trail. My favorites are Matt Davis and Steep Ravine. Bolinas offers great surfing and the lagoon is good for paddle boarding (the water is COLD) and of course laying in the sand is the big draw.There is a small grocery store and a few good local restaurants. And Mill Valley is only 12 miles away and SF is about 30 miles.
