All the furniture is high-class furniture and everything new, 3 TVs are in the house, one on each floor, a wonderful neighborhood that is good to be with children. There is a lot of support for all services, eg 10-15 min walk to La zenia mall, 10-15 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the pub. The Saturday market is in the same way every Saturday.
