Our 3 Bedroom, plus loft, home was beautifully renovated in 2007. The furnishings are top notch with an emphasis on comfort. The location on Alpine Drive gives direct access to the slopes of Pico Mountain. Enjoy the large living room with its great mountain views, cathedral ceiling and huge fieldstone fireplace. The kitchen offers all the comforts of home with a breakfast bar, granite counter tops and cherry cabinets. There is a formal dining area as well. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and a private bath. The second and third bedrooms are located on the other side of the house and have two additional bathrooms. There is a private loft area with two twin beds that could be considered a fourth bedroom. All in all, this house offers the perfect mountain setting, impeccable decor and great views. You can't go wrong with this house.
