This 2 Bedroom Keystone, CO home swap has it all. It is walking distance to the river (which you can hear from the Master Bedroom and deck) and the slopes. Recently refurbished, it contains very nice furniture - not your "typical" rental furniture. The kitchen has all new floors, countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms are gorgeously appointed and the bedrooms and living room have lovely furniture. The owners use this property, too, so it is kept very clean and in very good condition. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed (could sleep 4 if necessary!) and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk w/a double bottom & a trundle underneath - so it sleeps 4 as well. Also, there is a very comfy (new) Queen pull-out sofa in the living room. Master bath has a jetted tub and a washer/dryer in it. Step right outside the door and walk to the paved trail along which you can walk, run, or bike to River Run Village or all the way down to Dillon Lake and beyond if you want. The river just behind the condo is gorgeous or, if you're a skier/snowboarder, this condo is right at the base of the slopes for you. There is a parking lot, so you do not have to park on the street. There is also a county-wide bus transportation system that has a stop very close to the condo. If you want to go to Breckenridge, it's just over the mountain - a ten/fifteen minute drive. If you want to shop, the outlets in Silverthorne are just over 5 minutes away.
