3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath, 4,000 sq ft. lake front residence that was built in 2008. The home has a full loft room above the garage with its own full bathroom. The loft room is unfurnished but has a TV. We usually throw airbeds in that room. The other three bedrooms are fully furnished; two with king size beds and the other with a bunk bed, twin bed, two trundle beds and a futon that pulls out into a full size bed. There are two additional full baths and one half bath. The house is complete with a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. There is a magnificent stone fireplace in an enormous living room. It is a 20 minute drive to Gore Mountain and a 45 minute drive to Whiteface Moutain in Lake Placid. The house is near multiple hikes and lakes. Our house is situated on Schroon Lake with 100ft of lake front. Schroon Lake is a motor boat lake and is never congested. Our house is three miles from town with charming stores, public beach, restaurants and grocery stores.
