4 Bedroom, 4 Bath villa, located right on the beach in Ixtapa , walking distance from the Marina, restaurants and golf.  Only 20 steps from the terrace to the waves.   Ixtapa is a clean, safe, white sandy beach with tropical weather all year round and a lot of options for quiet to active vacations. The house is part of a complex with 24 villas, right on the beach, sharing a stunning swimming pool. The 1500 sq ft house was remodeled in 2010. It is fully air conditioned and has 4 bedrooms each with a private bath.  The master suite has a magnificent view and a terrace with a private Jacuzzi .  Two other bedrooms with a view of the sea or the garden swimming pool and a small berth that sleeps two.   Living room, dining area (indoor and outdoor, comfortably cater for 8 to 10 people.   Wi-Fi and TV with international programming.  Walking distance to kayaking, cycling, golf and fishing.  First class, friendly (not bilingual but experienced) trained maid service that will make you feel better than at home with Mexican or International gourmet cooking  (tell her the night before what to shop for at the local fresh market-easy !).  Ixtapa international airport is 30 minutes away.
