Halifax is located within 2 1/2 hours of the cottage and provides all of the "big city" downtown amenities including casinos, fine dining and lively waterfront activities. The people of Nova Scotia are some of the most hospitable and kind people that we have ever met and are truly wonderful to all visitors to their province.
