Renovated country property, with mountain views, located between two typical spanish villages at this Aspe, Spain home exchange. House is a 30 minute drive from Alicante airport, 1 hour drive to the tourist resort of Benidorm and a 30 minute drive to the nearest beach. The nearest city is a 15 minute drive which is Elche. and the supermarket is a 10 minute drive. The house comprises of 3 double Bedrooms, 1 single Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms, large living room, kitchen with all appliances. All the rooms have air conditioning. There is a private swimming pool set within a large garden which also includes a swing and sea-saw, and a bbq. A car is available if required. Also 2 seperate chalets which both include a double bedroom, bathroom and a lounge/kitchen. Including the chalets, the house can sleep 12 people very comfortably.
