3 Bedroom, 1 Bath, new Maine island, waterfront home. Bedrooms have 1 queen, 3 doubles and 1 full bed. Secluded, large water frontage, private dock, 8'-20' depth. Kayaks, minifish sailboat and boat included. Plenty of wildlife: lobsters, stripers, seals, eagles, osprey, deer, etc. Our island is 46 acres, only 4 other homes on it, usually nobody there. We look across 300 yards to another small island, owned by Bowdoin College and uninhabited. No bridge to island, 1 1/2 minutes by boat to mainland. L.L. Bean is not far. Island is located 4 miles up a long inlet from the open ocean, very beautiful, protected from waves and weather. We live 70 minutes away for any unexpected problems or needs. This is not a convenient spot for restaurants, etc. It is an absolutely gorgeous area and a beautiful house, a great place to play and relax. Water temperatures reach as high as 74F in summer. Non smoking, behaved pets only.
