It is 4 miles from the OC boardwalk and about the same distance from the Assateague Island beaches, national and state parks. There is a children’s playground, an outdoor pool, a modern clubhouse with an indoor pool, a state of the art fitness center; lounge, gourmet kitchen, meeting room, game room with pool table and arcade games within the community. Additionally, the resort offers tennis courts, a crabbing pier and a kayak launching dock. An evening stroll through the community offers a view of the Sinepuxent Bay. Our stand alone Bethany Beach, MD home trade was built in 2007, features 4 spacious Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, living and dining areas, a den and a huge loft that covers the entire third floor of the house, and sleeps up to 14 people. From the moment you enter this spacious house, you know you will have a truly unique stay here. A separate downstairs den/sitting area provides space for those wishing to, keep in touch with business, or simply lounge around. The den is also equipped with a computer desk as well as a sofa bed that doubles as additional sleeping space for 2 people if required. On the third floor is a stunning oversized multipurpose loft area with its own full bathroom. There is a TV/lounge space for the kids and the young at heart. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway. This house offers brightness, luxury and plenty of space to have a totally relaxing break.
