Annual Membership Fees

Includes a description and one picture of your vacation home on our website and access to contact information for all other members.

Subsequent Years: $39.95
Exchange Fees:
Direct Exchange Fee: $250.00
For the entire stay

Paid by each member when an exchange is arranged.

Indirect Exchange Fee: $500.00/week
(prorated for $72/night for longer stays)

Exchange Credit: $250.00

Members allowing use of their property in an Indirect Exchange receive an Exchange Credit. This Credit can be used at a later time either to pay for a Direct Exchange in Full or as 50% payment for an Indirect Exchange.
