The VacationExchange
Network is the only exchange service that offers continued
membership without large up-front fees.
Fees:
First Year Membership
Fee: $0.00
Includes
a description and one picture of your vacation home on our website
and access to contact information for all other members.
Subsequent Annual Membership
Fee: $39.95
Exchange
Fees:
Direct
Exchange Fee: $250.00
(For the entire stay)
Paid
by each member when an exchange is arranged.
Indirect Exchange Fee: $500.00/week
(prorated at $72/night for longer stays)
Paid
by the member using the other member's property.
Additional Pictures:
$5.00 (Optional)
Paid for the two additional pictures of your property on our web site.
Exchange
Credit: $250.00
Members allowing use of their property in an Indirect Exchange
receive an Exchange Credit. This credit can be used at a later
time either to pay in full for a Direct Exchange or to apply to a
$500.00 Indirect Exchange fee.
Property
Manager Referrals
Special
rate, as identified in announcement letter from your Property
Management Company, will apply.
